Practise on real information
The technician selects a task from the deployment library. Synapse loads the site record, the approved procedure and every previous resolution for that asset class.
AI assist compares and corrects
As the work is performed hands free, AI assist compares what it sees against the approved method: sequence, tooling, isolation, labelling and safety steps. Deviations are flagged instantly and quietly.
Remote specialist or assessor joins
When the technician is ready, an assessor drops into the live first-person view from anywhere. They can annotate the field of view, ask for a closer look and direct the final checks.
Assessment and evidence pack
The assessor signs off against the competence framework. The session becomes a timestamped record: video, readings, annotations, outcome and assessor identity, attached to the technician and the asset.
